The extreme nature of modern life is fast paced, full of distractions and stressful. This can dull our senses and disconnect the body from the mind, negatively impacting mental well being and fitness levels. Mindfulness not only calms and focuses the mind but also increases sensitivity to subtle sensations within the body, infusing delight and fascination into day-to-day activities.


During this session we'll explore Mindful Movement through both functional exercises and the gentle yet energising sequences of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Incorporating posture, breath and muscle tension adjustments to strengthen the mind-body connection. Suitable for complete beginners, all ages and fitness levels. All that is needed is yourself and ample curiosity!
